Terms & Conditions

  • Stringdom school reserves the right to revise the content of Information & Regulations from time to time.
  • Please always refer to our website stringdomschool. Com for the latest versions of the information. Please also refer to related regulations, guidelines, syllabus (if any) to the pertaining exam.
  • If you don’t accept any terms and guidelines, please don’t apply for Stringdom school accepts applications for its exams on the condition that the candidate accepts the requirements of the mentioned current syllabus and agrees to obey the terms.
  • There is no musical qualification required to apply for Stringdom school graded Guitar Exam.
  • Based on the syllabus of the exam, candidates should work on the technical demands of each level they are applying for. Candidate can directly apply for any grade exam (Pregrade to grade -9) as they wish.
  •  The registration for a particular exam level is non-transferable, non-adjustable, non-post-postponable, and non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Stringdom school reserves the right to refuse or cancel the entry of any candidate and in that case, the submitted fee will be refunded. Please note the registration fee is only refundable when cancellation is done by school.
  • By entering for a graded exam, candidates agree that they will abide by Stringdom school regulations, syllabus requirements, and the professional judgments of its examiners.
  • Applicants can apply for the exam only through online mode at Stringdom school. Candidate must fill the details correctly and submit it with the mentioned exam fee to apply for the pertaining level exam.
  • Stringdom Examination is conducted only through online mode, Practical& Theory, to be submitted by the candidate as online.
  • 90 days is the maximum time allowed; from the date of your registration; to submit both practical and theory tests by the Submission after days will not be considered and the candidate will be marked disqualified.

Your registration is confirmed after receiving of examination fee. Stringdom school will send you an acknowledgment email within 24-72 hours of receiving your fee.

  • Attend Class on your fix days & time.
  • Without inform Absent will be count as regular class.
  • Inform before 4 Hours of class time if you want leave otherwise class will be count
  • Fee date & Fee plan will be renew on joining date.
  • Pending classes will be recover in next month after paying the fees.
  • If you want to take break for 1 week or more days, please inform before 3 Days
  • Student get fees receipt of payment every time.
  • Student need to attend class on fixed time 8 days.
  • Student need to inform before one day for leave otherwise class will count marked as absent.
  • Student will receive class confirmation message from teacher every time. If student not replying on class confirmation message it will considered as absent.
  • If the Student comes late to the class then the duration of the class will not be extended for him.
  • If the Student has pending classes then he/she can recover the classes after paying the fees on his fees date.
