Stringdom School reserves the right to revise the content of Information & Regulations from time to time.
Please always refer to our website stringdomschool.com for the latest versions of the information. Please also refer to related regulations, guidelines, and syllabus (if any) pertaining to the exam.
If you don’t accept any terms and guidelines, please do not apply. Stringdom School accepts applications for its exams on the condition that the candidate accepts the requirements of the current syllabus and agrees to obey all stated terms.
There is no prior musical qualification required to apply for the Stringdom School Graded Guitar Exam.
Based on the syllabus of the exam, candidates should work on the technical demands of each level they are applying for. Candidates can directly apply for any grade exam (Pre-grade to Grade-9) as they wish.

The registration for a particular exam level is non-transferable, non-adjustable, non-postponable, and non-refundable under all circumstances.

Stringdom School reserves the right to refuse or cancel the entry of any candidate, and in that case, the submitted fee will be refunded. Please note: the registration fee is only refundable when cancellation is initiated by the school.
By entering for a graded exam, candidates agree that they will abide by Stringdom School regulations, syllabus requirements, and the professional judgments of its examiners.
Applicants can apply for the exam only through online mode at Stringdom School. Candidates must fill in all details correctly and submit them with the specified exam fee.

Attendance Schedule: Attend classes punctually on your designated fixed days & time slots (e.g. fixed 8 classes schedule).
Late Arrivals: If the student arrives late for class, the duration of that session will not be extended under any circumstances.
Teacher Confirmation Message: Students will receive a class confirmation message from their teacher prior to every session. If a student fails to reply to the confirmation message, they will be considered absent.
Leave Intimation Rules: Students must inform at least 1 day in advance (or a minimum of 4 hours prior to class time) for planned leave. Without prior intimation, absences will be marked as a regular attended class.
Extended Breaks: If a student wishes to take a break for 1 week or more, they must inform administration at least 3 days prior.
Fee Renewal & Receipts: The fee renewal date and fee plan will renew automatically based on your original joining date. Students receive an official payment receipt every time fees are deposited.
Pending Class Recovery: If a student has pending missed classes, they can only recover them in the next month after paying the upcoming month's fees on their scheduled fee date.

Uninformed absences are counted as regular consumed sessions. Please confirm teacher messages promptly to protect your class credits.

Stringdom Examination is conducted strictly through online mode. Both Practical & Theory tests are to be submitted digitally by the candidate online.
90 Days Submission Deadline: A maximum period of 90 days is allowed from the date of your registration to submit both your practical and theory tests. Submissions after 90 days will not be considered, and the candidate will be marked disqualified.
